on monday morning 30th dec, aunty left. i was with her at airport. the queue was really messy for the first time i experience in changi airport. 1 counter led to two equally long queues, and the dumb red guy just told us to keep queueing where we were!!!

i tot that this wld be a bad idea, and it was.

after it was too late to change and people started to complain because the wrong queue wasn't going anywhere, and then i witness a really too typical scene. the airport women just kept telling us to stay in line but nobody was gonna listen after queueing so long.

so she flippantly without calling anyone, went to pull a line across the wrong queue, then this foreign guy got mad and tore the line away from her. then she was like "don't touch me! you're not supposed to touch me" and i thought, omg, i did not just hear her say that cuz i thought people were like supposed to be a little bit more then have some sense in dealing with a angry crowd!!

after that a manager came and tried to solve the problem, but made it worse. two lines became three lines, and people started jumping queue. after awhile there wasn't even any queue any more, but a mess of people pushing to get their tickets.

its ridiculous because when people tried to ask other personnel, they said they only did their respective airlines.

it was like a drama. after that aunty had to rush for the plane so i went off and took the skytrain to terminal 2 and took a long mrt ride home.

for various reasons maybe 1 will know, i've been depressed and crying on and off, and totally hadn't the mood to do anything, or even talk, or even think, n my appetite is messed up. but i guess work helps me get distracted, while im at work im better. but work has alot of stuff to learn cuz its admin. i don't think i can do both drawing n admin at the same time. i guess i'll try.

there are alot of things i was supposed to write but i don't even remember or have the energy to write.

oh, my taobao order arrived today at sab hse. going over to do opening ceremony on weekend.

em. cant rmb what else...

oyea..today went to try n get handphone, but my contract ends only next june. i still wana get ice cream hp. if terminate now costs 300. if i buy icp also 300. no point. just wait it out i guess.

and me n mom n dad were lucky to accidently witness a firework at vivo city. pics up tmr. cheered me up a little.

Today Sis n KC came over for a short while and brought Daisy!!!!!

After that i just lazed around and finished a book about dragons as the main char, but i didn't really like it, throughout it didn't really focus on the dragon's growth, nor did it fish out the significant events. Its like reading the world through a totally flat plane. I probably won't be reading the other book.

Then i played some okami, trashed the spider queen and waka (wahahaha). Then ate dinner, which was porridge. Then went on msn, where i had a quarrel with emma, but it was sorted out like always, but i will always be learning.

Blogging is tiring.

This morning went to clementi to meet mom to cr8 a joint bank account cuz im to store $50 every month from when im working, to have back up $$ for emergencies. mom had to put in an initial $500 though @_@ if inside no $500, each month have to pay $2!! omigosh. so now i have a new card to take care of. mom took the bankbook cuz i dint wana XD

then went home for lunch.


i tried make-up again, i feel like im using up alot of cotton wools. i still can't use mascara well, and i played around too much with the eyeliner lol! but it seems like the pencil eyeliner is not very good, cuz its faint and when i tried to smudge it with a brush like in ken's intro-ed vid, it doesn't look nice at all >.< and even if i have this much makeup, i dun seem to have any in the vid at all =.=

then i totally didn't know how to use the eyelash curler thing! i tried kiaping my eyelash n pulling, but i can't really see it becoming clearer.

and my white eyeliner broke after using it just once ._. like wutz. its a 7.90 maybelline eyeliner pencil!!!!aunty had to use a satay stick push out the rest from behind. i duno whats wrong with this, im not getting it anymore. i don't even know if i can use it well. the thing about make up is that if its wrong, u can't use it n u can't give it away, its totally wasted in both product and money. they shld give shorter sticks n smaller price tags so its okay to make mistakes .-.

in the end i washed away everything and re-applied moisturizer, foundation and lipstick/gloss. i put base lipstick, then crystal gloss, then honey gloss.

i really love the honey lip pump from majolica majorca (i saw it on sandra's fb). it makes the whole lip look really shimmery. but of course, lip gloss really wears out fast, esp after u eat/drink. so this is why girls bring their makeup out with them in the toilet!!!

@4pm i went to suntec for my *date* with emma =) He's treating me to singapore flyer n dinner for my belated bdae ^_^

While close to the MRT we saw these being sold @ $5 per packet. It looks like sushi styrofoam, but its marshmallow wrapped in chocolate! It tastes nice!

Went to Imm at Jurong East with aunty. Intend to buy make up and also go daiso. Took a bus to dover mrt n then to jurong mrt. then we walked to the shuttle bus stop.

after this we went looking for daiso. took awhile to find it, so i took some pics along the way

we walked to the drop off point forgetting that it wasn't the pickup point and had to walk all the way back again ;_;

then me n aunty went to take bus behind the library. i went into the lib to buy 2 chocolate ice cream drinks first.

After this, to cut long story short, I couldn't find any lycra at all. Not a single stretchy material NOR pvc. Am i looking in the wrong place? :\ All I did was to buy a orange cloth, some stretchy rubber band, black/white thread, orange thread and stiff netting to insert between cloth for steadiness. I was tempted to buy the glue gun, but i thought to buy it in art friend instead.


Me and Aunty went to take mrt to Bukit Merah library because the payar lebar mrt was too far. Then after borrowing some books using bro's ezlink card, we went home.

I went to AFA again.
@10+Pek was like hp in the morn n said who wants a extra tix, n i said ken did. so we were to meet him later @ 2pm

I changed and went off to meet ken @ suntec.

Me n parents went to Great World City to meet sis and b-i-l for my bdae dinner (really late one) at ichiban sushi. luckily we didn't need to wait long. We switched tables like 3 times and still ended up the same arrangement -_-

The cool and awesome Kaname☆ was a judge at the competition (<3) cos-ing as a Gurren Laggen char(Simon?). His costume is really good (he also looks really good <3)
During the giving out of the cert, he gave everyone a hug!!! Including the gundam! lol!! When a girl was too shy (how cld u miss this chance girl?!) he kissed the signed cert instead!!!! (i can just see fangirls eyeing that lucky cert)
Sadly, thanks to this crappy hp, I couldn't get a picture of kaname. >:0 Nor did i get a chance to see him NOT surrounded by bodyguards in suits = = this ish so not fairrrrrrrrrrr OTL

I think i might become a kaname fan XD

after that shoko-tan came up to give the special prize, and Aniki came to give the grand prize~! i still think that singaporeans are too shy to cheer and roar for their idols!! shoko-tan and aniki deserve a lot more love from us me thinks!!!!

Today morning early I went to JP Medical Centre for check up part II. It was really quick! Like less then 1 minute the x-ray over liao. Changing clothes took longer. Im glad I didn't have to take out my earrings.

Then me n aunty went to This Fashion to look at clothes, but there was either something missing or something extra or something just not right. I always dislike getting the "what, you're not buying anything after trying so many?" aura from the service girls at the changing room @@ makes me feel so guilty. but then, 1 shorts cost $40?day light robbery!

then me and aunty stopped by ntuc@dover on the way home to buy food.

but this is how it turned out. me and samantha went to kino@orchard cuz there was a 20% discount. sammie bought alot of books. i just bought this basara cover mag @$22.40. I didnt get the discount cuz i didn't realize you needed membership :\

then we rushed back to lvl 4 where we finally bought the tix, we barely made the 6pm mark.

then ate lunch at alexandra. the food wasn't really good. and it costed $2.50!

I went to NTU to do medical check up Part 1. Dad took me, but the place was difficult to find, had to ask 2 people. It was like in a dark corner like the first girl said ._.

then did the checkup n everything then went home. part two is tomorrow.

I talked to Emma on the hp for a very long time.

I saw the comics he drew for me bdae :P

.....but i forgot to take pic cuz i was so excited -.- they gave u a reserved tag to reserve our table for yourself (not that it actually mattered, the place was literally empty, no offense) together with a card which they used to memorize all your purchases. at the end, after u bought everything, then you bring the card to the cashier n pay altogether. pretty smart. but me n aunty only had the stomach for 1 dish LOL. we both ate omurice!!! i ate hamburger while she ate chicken one.

Today I woke up and there was dried blood around the earring >.< But when aunty turned it there wasn't any pain. So I guess its cuz i moved in my sleep and distrubed it T_T i hope it doesn't happen again, its rather scary. i don't want anything bad to happen!

I still don't know whether I should ask for the rockband or blazblue hori arcade stick as my bdae present. bro said choose the more exp one lol! that would be the blazblue hori though :x my mom will complain if she thinks i bought rockband, so if its a present i have an excuse. now you see my dilemma!!

Musing Moments
About studying, i still don't know. I thought i would go for something that has to do with animals, but it doesn't really earn alot of money in compared with the effort it takes...i love animals, i really do. but i also do want to have extra money, for material desires and holidays, and also for my parents. i want to have all those and still have enough spared to set aside for other things. and im not sure that going this path will ensure that. Master khor said that as long as i do the thing i love,money will not be a problem. but i don't know if things are so simple?

i guess what i want is the best of all worlds, but nothing is perfect. i just wish i can find what i want to do.

and alot of people are pretty surprised that i quit the art path, but im pretty sure on it. contrary to what people think, i am not talented. i am not being humble. all the work i did up till now is out of practice and more practice. and i know it well. if i continued like that, i'd just become more sad and frustrated because im not drawing naturally. anybody, or maybe mostbody, can reach what i'm doing now, with the right tutorlage and practice. art only truly speaks to the people who can listen and see. in this, i am deaf and blind. n it makes me sadder then u'd think. but there's no point mulling over it.

So anyway today I went sammie's house to have a rockband session. sab was there too. she play the drums cuz me n sammie cannot handle it XD then sab played on sammie's acoustic guitar n sang abit, she has a really gd voice ^^

I stayed home yesterday to recover from ear piercing, doesn't hurt anymore~ I played dragonica till night, where i packed my room with aunty. My bedroom is so much cleaner now! And emptier too, i threw away a ton of stuff

I packed all my books into two boxes.

oh and also ordered a few nail polish from the blogsite sab has been eyeing for a long time. I got two nail enamels and two nail art colors. Its a black glitter Cosmic and dark purple Merry Midnight, light-blue Azul and white gold Titania respectively. I gave up a Satin White nail art color and Essie 3-way Glaze cuz the cost was too high >.<

I played Okami again at night, i got a better control of it now! I got defeated by Waka though, i really don't like that guy. But i dun like Susano even more!! At least Waka looks nicer!

Today

Somehow, it was reallllyy hard to wake up today. Just kept on rolling around in bed. Literally. My blanket got all tangled up with me inside

Actually was planning to get sammie and we go out with ken to try his tailor again, but it turns out ken has no time, he has a sheryl nome PS @2pm and he's the flasher! (the photographer)

So now i have a free day ahead of me and i don't know what to do. hmmm

later bro's friend is going to come and pass me a playstation 2 !!!! [for free too, i get to save money!] this means i can finally play all the ps2 games i've been dying to play!!! whee! thanks bro's fren (and i don't even know your name)

Yesterday
Before going my house me n sammie went to Clementi and she ate sesame oil chicken at the hawker centre.
While waiting for her i bought two nail enamel

After that we took 154 to sunset way and ate daily's ice cream. She ate coffee ice cream with waffle and chocolate fudge. I ate honey vanilla, which tasted wonderful, with brownie n fudge. It costs $5.50, but its worth it! Sammie sure knows all the good food places! But Sunset way feels so ulu~ Like hardly anyone.

Then we took 61 to Holland V where we met up with Aunty to buy lamb steaks at Cold Storage. It was expensive, it costed $15.20 and $12.00 respectively. After that we headed to NTUC to buy celery, big white onions and chicken stock. Aunty bought 3 packets of coffee at $3.30 ea.

We then took 74 back home, where Aunty cooked a delicious western food consisting of sunny eggs, mash potatoes, fried crumb chicken, bacon, sausage, red beans and some crispy lettuce/cabbage. (Sammie and we all forgot she couldn't eat eggs! So it didn't go down too well with her, poor thing ><) Then Sammie loaded Ocean's 12 on tudou.com where we watched it in the dark~

We den went to play Blazblue on PS3 (sammie forgot to bring her ps3 controller!! ahh!) where we took turns. We both lost alot of times to arakune and hakumen ._. Then after getting bored we switched to Okami on WII. It was so hard to control!!!!!!!! Especially the celestial brush and fighting moves. We played until around 1-2am =X Time to sleep! Sammie slept in my bedroom while I slept in mom n dad's bed.

Today

I woke up at around 9.30am, washed up and went to play dragonica :x But i only got to play 1 round of mm F4 at mirinae before I had to help start cooking the Irish Lamb Stew! Yay! I went to fry the lamb steaks in veggie oil, and then fried the onions, putting in butter and flour. I messed up at putting in the chopped celery and carrots though cuz i accidently grazed my arm on the pot, the celery and carrot went flying all over the table!!! ._. after that aunty poured in the chicken stock and put the lamb steak on top. I didn't know what happened after that cuz i went to watch youtube with Sammie :x The stew was served at 1pm!!! Here is the pic:


but this pic looks wilted cuz i only rmbed to take pic halfway through the meal ._. then the stew was half dried and eaten up by then.

It was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! Thanks Sammie for introducing such a delicious food ^^

Then she showed me some more videos on youtube, one was ARASHI's Sho chomping on the mike after the machine didn't answer his qn!!! LOL!!! There was also some looney tunes vid. really cute. I also went to play WII Basara Heroes 2, and its in jap, but yay!!! i finally get to play basara!! And it turns out i don't have to sell off my Okami after all,cuz bro-in-law's connections fixed the wii. It still goes on strike sometimes though.

Then comes.. the PIERCING OF EARS!!!! I and sammie showered first b4 going to clementi, since we shldn't get any water on our ears after.
We went to some random gold jewelry shop where an uncle came to attend to us. There was some confused mix up over how many holes we were poking per person but it got cleared up. Here is how it went:

1. First me and sammie were told to choose a basic stud. We both choose a nice blue colour (there was a golden star one which was tempting!)

2. Then the uncle used a marker to mark our ear lobes to see where we wanted the holes. (It made us realize our ears weren't perfectly aligned on our heads o.o)

3. He applied some cold med with a tangy smell on cotton wool to our earlobes.

4. STACPH! (the sound that was made when the staple machine attacked our ears)
(by the way, i was surprised to learn that they put the studs in while piercing,but i suppose that makes sense, originally i thought it was just the hole first, then after the healing we put the studs in. if it was the way i thought, the holes would have just healed and closed itself up, which would have made the entire thing pointless)

5. uncle applied some cooling med from a bottle that looked like eyedropper.

of course it hurt, but of course it did. but its normal anyhow. didn't bother me alot, but sammie was shouting blue murder haha!
it costed $6 per ear, but since we did a pair each, it was $10 total. pretty standard.

we left the shop after that, feeling a little hot n sore around the ears, similar to someone slapping/boxing you on the ear. but the pain goes down after an hour or so. We walked around to distract ourselves, and then went to CityVibe (yes, in case you have forgotten, we are still at clementi) where sammie wanted to visit BON Japan, a really nice (but really expensive) shop that sells jap snacks.sammie was tempted to buy a big stitch, but decided not to in the end and bought two boxes of choc biscuits instead. here are the things i bought:

It costed a total of $16.91 after discount (which i have no idea where it came from).

We all went home after this. Today was good~

COOL isnt it??? Me and Sammie's EOY tix arrived!!

Actually pre-event price is $12 while door tix is $15. But booking price is $1, then mailing price is $1, so in the end it costed $13.50 ea, but i guess we saved $1.50 and also on the queuing time.
 
Tomorrow I'm not going anywhere, staying home to pack up my room ^^ Now, im off to play Okami!!!!!!

sammie is coming for a stayover today!!! yay!

but first we're going to go out and have lunch. then later we will go buy ingredients for Irish Lamb Stew! Which we are cooking tomorrow.

1 tbsp vegetable oil
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
3 lbs lamb shoulder
1 onion, chopped
2 rib celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
3 cups chicken stock (or sub 1 bottle dark beer plus 1 1/2 cups stock)
water as needed
1 1/2 lbs potatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Tomorrow I am going to have my ears pierced together with Sammie ^^ I hope it doesn't hurt so much >"< Scared!! But i wana do it sooner or later, so i shall do it while aunty is still here.

Joey is acting so funny, following Aunty everywhere! Like don't want to let her out of her sight. Maybe she knows like dog's sixth sense that Aunty is leaving for a long long time T_T so glueing to her now. Even when aunty goes to the storeroom, joey follows and sits on top of the her luggage! and then moves to inside the cupboard after aunty shoos her off. Its so touching and cute!!!

Went with Aunty to JP for shopping!

first i and aunty dropped off a few library books at jp community library, and i took a picture of her with the xmas tree there in the process.
now you see her...now you don't!

then i went to buy yami yogurt! always craving for it ^^ sadly there was no more peach flavor, so i went for natural. aunty took rambutan with honey dew toppings.

I went to Courts to see the Brothers and Singer sewing machine, but the two saleswomen were so kaypoh and pushy!

The Brothers saleswomen was unhappy when i said i wanted to see Singer and said "Singer got what good?" (im the one buying not you!!!!!) then the Singers saleswomen, while attending to another customer, gave me a poke while i was trying to browse the machines for me to follow her n she intro the machine to me as the other customer was still there,

then across the row the Brothers saleswomen came around from the front and said "i service you first" then i was sawing back and off between this two, honestly, this is incredibly annoying, i couldn't even get a good look at the machines! i didnt come here to look at this 2 women ._.

so i just ran away. i don't care if i seem rude!  i hate being pushed around things i want to look at or buy.

after this i went to John Little to buy cosmetics.



From L to R, lip gloss, eye liner, mascara,liquid foundation, rose beige foundation and lipstick. There was a free toothbrush because the price totaled is above $30. Everything cost a bomb, total was $50+! Make up is an expensive activity ._. Up next is for me to go do ear piercings with sammie! and den, get a manicure set. (base + top coat, cuticle oil, nail enamel, emery board etcetc) i might be getting contact lens soon, too!($$$$$$$ like ~~~~~~~~water flowin from tap)

After that i went to This Fashion and bough a black colored $24 3/4 sleeve knit hoodie with two pouffle drawstring balls and a pouffle ball on the hood. there was another sleeveless knit jacket that had beautiful baroque buttons but cost $36, so i had to let it pass (; ^ ;) (i might consider getting it another time though!) I also saw a very short shorts that can be used for Sammie's Kruche costume! Also there was the white chest bra-thing which can be used for her costume at some shop in JP, which i don't rmb the name.

then i went to eat at an indo restaurant with aunty, the dish was called smashed chicken!!! so funny. it was great though, the chicken was soft and the seasonings very crunchy. the chilli was too hot for me so i left it aside @@ for $6.90, i thought it was quite worth it.


Then i went to Action City to buy 4 pieces of wrapping paper, the drawings were seriously too cute to resist!! (They costed a heft $1.20 ea!)

Walked around abit~ Aunty bough lots of low priced food, it was worth it for the many things she bough totaled only to $25+ . she plans to bring it home to indonesia. there wasn't any coffee though.


to finish this day off with a refreshing cup of apple juice! (...if only there wasn't any aloe vera!)

Today went with Aunty to Clementi to update bankbook@POSB. Its so omg, i had a perfect number! I won't saw how much, but for example: $1,111,11. Amazing right! Spending and adding random money can become like this. Makes me feel like buying 4d. Haha.

Went to buy soba sauce for udon noodles ^^ n Aunty bough a wallet which look nice but abit faulty :x but well its only $8.

Saw a Basara cosplay interest check in sgcafe! i want!!!!! but i dun have point face n good enough looks T_T not to mention im like..short.

We missed the tailor today, she's close on sunday :x so sad. nvm, next time!

so cuz we missed it we went to swensens to have some ice cream!

i totally forgot to take pictures after this. but we went arcade and played jubeat and blazblue!! it was fun~ then we went to yamaha n other music shops to look at the scores and piano. i wub the violins!!!!!!!!!!!! then emma called and we chatted about bugs over the hp haha. then we went to comics connection to explore. ken asked me to choose between the blazblue HORI joystick and RockBand instrument set!!!! ITS SO HARD TO CHOOSE, SOMEONE HELP ME PRZ!!!!!!!!!
then we went to ajisen ramen to eat~ i ate mayonaise prawn n tofu, while sammie ate ton toro ramen.

over the food we all discussed about cosplay ^^ and drew some pics about the costumes and accessories while brainstorming~ it was a fun and fulfilling session! we talked until so late, like around 9.40pm then we left the restaurant! we're gonna go back again maybe next or next next week to the tailor~ not on sundays tho!

tmr, going out with Aunty!!!! maybe to look for sewing machines or make up!

today sis dropped over the wii, so i can start playing my basara wii~ tmr will post pics of my games!!

i bought a secret thing for a certain reindeer (shhh)
